1. About Our Services

We provide compliance support services for trucking businesses and carriers, including:

  • Drug & Alcohol Training: online awareness and supervisor training programs.

2. Independent Service Provider

Safe Carrier Compliance is a private company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT), the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), the Unified Carrier Registration Plan, or any government agency. Government agencies may offer certain filings directly. By using our service, you are paying for our assistance, processing, and support, in addition to any government fees included in the price.

3. Eligibility and Your Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to act on behalf of the business you register.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your USDOT number, vehicle counts, and contact details.
  • Company details shown on our site come from public FMCSA records and may be outdated. Please review them before paying.
  • You are responsible for your own overall regulatory compliance. Our services do not replace your legal obligations.

4. Orders and Processing Times

An order is confirmed only after successful payment. Processing times shown on our website (such as "within 24 hours") are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by government systems, holidays, or incomplete or incorrect information you provide. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties or agencies.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The UCR price depends on the number of vehicles you report.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
  • We may change prices at any time. The price shown at checkout when you pay is the price you are charged.
  • If your payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed until payment succeeds.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Before processing starts: you may request a full refund by contacting us.
  • After filing or submission: government fees and filings that have already been submitted are non-refundable.
  • Incorrect information: if a filing fails because of wrong information you provided, additional fees may apply to correct and refile.
  • Training: once course access has been delivered or started, purchases are non-refundable, unless the course is unavailable due to our error.
  • If we are unable to complete a service for reasons within our control, we will refund the amount paid for that service.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear. For full details, please refer to our dedicated Refund Policy.

7. Training Services

  • Training is provided for educational purposes to help meet FMCSA drug and alcohol awareness and supervisor training requirements.
  • Course access is for the number of participants purchased and may not be shared or resold.
  • It is your responsibility to confirm that a program satisfies your specific employer or regulatory requirements.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, scrape, or overload our website.
  • Use automated tools to submit orders or forms.
  • Copy, resell, or redistribute our training materials without written permission.

We may refuse service or cancel orders if we suspect a violation of these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, and training materials, belongs to Safe Carrier Compliance or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use it without our written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
